By utilising the Love-Of-Lingerie.co.uk website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions as set out below. Use of this site constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions which take effect on the date which you first use the site.

2. The Love-Of-Lingerie.co.uk terms & conditions listed below, are the terms and conditions under which we agree to sell products to you. If you have any issues or questions not covered within the information set out below, please email us via the online contact form.

3. All goods supplied by Love-Of-Lingerie.co.uk remain the property of The Pleasureweb Group until such time as they are paid for in full.

4. Love-Of-Lingerie.co.uk shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage, which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials used in this website. Any use of the site or its contents, other than for personal use, is strictly prohibited without prior permission from Love-Of-Lingerie.co.uk.

5. Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, you have up to 7 working days after you have received your delivery to cancel your order (other than in respect of goods made to your specification). This does not apply to faulty goods.

Return postage must be paid for by the customer, unless goods are faulty.

7. If you have contacted us to cancel before delivery of your goods, though your order will have been cancelled, normally delivery cannot be interrupted (except possibly if cancellation takes place within 30 minutes of order). Please refuse any delivery of cancelled goods or post them back to us (returns must be paid for by the customer). Please see our Delivery & Returns page for a full breakdown of our returns process. Further details of your rights under Distance Selling Regulations are available from your local Trading Standards Department or Citizens Advice Bureau

DELIVERY POLICY:

1. Love-Of-Lingerie.co.uk orders are dispatched in plain boxes or envelopes with no indication as to their contents. Stock permitting, orders placed between Monday and Friday will be dispatched within 3 working days, orders placed outside of office hours will be processed the next working day. Love-Of-Lingerie.co.uk operate a back order system with our manufacturers to ensure items are available in the shortest possible time frame. Love-Of-Lingerie.co.uk aim to ship all non-stock orders within 7 to 21 days. In the unlikely event of supply difficulties where Love-Of-Lingerie.co.uk are unable to dispatch goods within 28 days, Love-Of-Lingerie.co.uk will contact the customer and offer the option to change the order to an alternative style or cancel the order. If the customer wishes to cancel the order a full refund will then be made. Love-Of-Lingerie.co.uk will usually be able to notify you within 48 hours on the status of your order.

2. Love-Of-Lingerie.co.uk goods are dispatched from within the United Kingdom and will be sent using Royal Mail or courier depending on the size of the order. Some products sold by Love-Of-Lingerie.co.uk are imported from overseas. These products may on occasion take up to 28 days for delivery to be completed. Any product with an estimated delivery time outside of Love-Of-Lingerie.co.uk standard delivery policy will stated on the product information page.

3. Customers requesting that goods are left in a specific place if a signature can not be obtained do so at their own risk. By requesting such action means that Love-Of-Lingerie.co.uk can not be held responsible should goods go missing.

4. Deliveries usually take up to 5 working days in the United Kingdom. Please allow 28 days before contacting us regarding delivery of your order.

5. Love-Of-Lingerie.co.uk can not be held responsible for orders delayed by incorrect address information supplied during the checkout process. All Packages returned to us unclaimed via the Royal Mail will be subject to a reshipping charge of £4.95 per order.

RETURNS POLICY:

1. We offer a 100% guarantee that if you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them or provide a full refund of the cost of the item(s) returned, provided that you return them to us within 7 days, in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact.

2. Delivery charges are non-refundable if you are returning part of an order.

3. Any items returned without original packaging, with missing labels, soiled, worn, washed or smelling of perfume or cigarette smoke will be sent back to the customer without replacement or refund. Where goods are faulty this will be looked at on an individual basis.

4. All items must be returned in the condition received, and fully re-saleable. This includes:
Hanging items must be returned in protective wrapper, unworn, unwashed, have all identity labels still in tact and advertising packaging and hanger included.
Boxed and packed items must be returned within undamaged box or packaging, unworn, unwashed and with all identity labels still in tact.
Shoes must have no scratching to the soles or heels.
Sealed items must be returned unopened with seal still in tact.

5. It is advised that products that require batteries are tested before use.

6. If the product returned is not in a fully saleable condition or the packaging is damaged, Love-Of-Lingerie.co.uk reserve the right to refuse a refund.

7. Before returning goods it is advisable to obtain a returns number and this can be obtained by emailing us at sales@love-of-lingerie.co.uk. This will speed up the refund process.

8. Love-Of-Lingerie.co.uk strongly recommended that customers use Recorded Delivery when returning goods, and that insurance is taken to cover the full value of the goods being returned Love-Of-Lingerie.co.uk cannot be held responsible for return packages lost in the postal system. The postage costs incurred during the return of goods to Love-Of-Lingerie.co.uk will be the responsibility of the customer.

9. Refunds for the goods returned will be processed within 28 days.

10. Free Gifts - If you change your mind and return your item or items under this returns policy you must also return any FREE gift or promotional item associated with the promotion and received by you at your request as a result of that order. In the event of the FREE gift not being returned with the unwanted items, we reserve the right to make a claim against the customer to retrieve the retail price of the FREE gift.

FAULTY GOODS:

1. Love-Of-Lingerie.co.uk inspect all items prior to dispatch to ensure that the goods you receive are of the highest quality. Should customers receive any damaged or faulty goods please contact our sales team within 7 days of receipt of goods, either via our sales email address sales@love-of-lingerie.co.uk or in writing to:

Once we have received the item(s) back we will investigate the fault and where appropriate offer a full refund or exchange. Customers returning faulty goods will be reimbursed for the return postage by Love-Of-Lingerie.co.uk
