13: With the ever increasing problem of credit card fraud and identity theft, Love of Lingerie perform several checks on the payment details you enter prior to approving the payment. We apologise if this causes any inconvenience, however the security our customers is our priority.
When you enter your credit/debit card details, please be sure to fill out
the required fields. Common causes for payment failure include, incorrect
card number or type, incorrect expiry date, incorrect start date, incorrect
security code. If all of these have been entered correctly and payment is
still not accepted it is possible that the billing address entered on your
order is not the same as the address to where the credit/debit card is registered.

14: Your order status explained.
Pending: Your order has been placed on the Love Of Lingerie system and will
be processed by one of our sales team as soon as possible.
Processing: A member of the Love Of Lingerie sales team is processing your
order.
Back Order: Your order can not be fulfilled due to stock levels. The items
required have been ordered from the manufacturer and are expected within
10-14 days. Should the expected delivery exceed 10-14 days, a member of
the Love Of Lingerie sales team will inform you via email.
Part Dispatched: Your order consisted of several different items, some of
which have been sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery to the shipping address
supplied at the time of order. The remaining item(s) will be dispatched
as soon as possible.
Dispatched: All of the items ordered or the remaining outstanding items
on your order have been sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery to the shipping
address supplied at the time of order.
Delivery Attempted: Royal Mail has attempted to deliver your order but were
unable to obtain a signature. Please contact your local sorting office with
the details supplied in order to arrange delivery.
Cancelled: Your full order has been cancelled.
Delivered: All items that were required for this order have been delivered. |

15: Love of Lingerie reply to all emails regarding orders and customer queries.
In many cases the emails sent by Love of Lingerie get filtered out by email clients as TRASH or SPAM and are not automatically visible. This often means that the customer gets concerned that their questions are not being answered. To avoid this, please check to see if your email client has filtered the Love of Lingerie reply. | 16: Customers that decide not to set up an account during the checkout procedure are unable to check the status of an order or log in to an account. this facility is only available to customers that have elected to create an account at the time of checkout. |

17: Once you have placed the required items into your basket you may then proceed to the checkout. At this stage you will have the choice of the following options. You may either log in to your existing account, you may decide to go straight to the checkout and enter the required information (please note that this option does not create an account and you will therefore be unable to monitor the progress of your order), or you may create a new account with Love of Lingerie.
Once you have completed the above, you will then be taken to the Delivery Information page. On this page you will see the address to where your order will be sent. You may if you wish, change the delivery address by using the change address button. Once you are happy that the delivery information is correct please click on the continue button.
Once you have completed the above, you will then be taken to the Payment Information page. On this page you will see the billing address. This should be the same address as to where the credit/debit card that you wish to use is registered. Enter the relevant credit/debit card information (do not include spaces on the credit/debit card number). Once you are happy that the delivery information is correct please click on the continue button.
You will now be taken to the Order Confirmation page. Please verify that the information on that page is correct. You will also see on that page an underlined link to the Love of Lingerie Terms and Conditions. If you agree to these terms and conditions then check the box and you may then confirm your order.
At this stage your credit/debit card details will be securely processed via our credit card processor. Providing all the details given regarding the credit/debit card are correct and that the payment has been accepted you will be taken to the Checkout Success - Thank You page. You will also be sent an email confirming your order.
Important: If you do not see the Checkout Success - Thank You page and you are returned to the Login Page, there has been an issue regarding the card that you have used to make payment and for some reason our payment processor has been unable to process the payment via the card. If this occurs please contact sales@love-of-lingerie.co.uk and will endeavour to explain why this has occurred.
Until you have seen the Checkout Success - Thank You page and have received a confirmation email, your order has not been successfully placed and we will not have a record of your order.
